Regional Corporate Sales Executive / Senior Executive (APAC / AFRICA)

Our clients are major MNCs and Fortune 500 companies located around the region and we have events that are held in major cities such as Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Jakarta, Johannesburg, Dubai and etc.

Responsibilities:

  • B2B indoor phone-based position which requires you to COLD CALL into large MNCs and Fortune 500 companies around Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East Region. 
  • Comfortable and confident in pitching your ideas over the phone to C-level executives (i.e. Directors, CEO, CFO, COO, GMs and etc.)
  • Research, analyse, identify/capitalize new market opportunities and drive delegate sales in the respective region. 
  • Able to forecast and report the daily activities to your reporting manager.

Requirements:

  • Tele-sales experience is preferred or from similar industry. 
  • Conference experience knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure
  • Excellent Verbal and communication Skills and Confident in Speaking with top MNCs Senior Level Management
  • Results and target oriented and possess a positive attitude

Regional Marketing Executive / Senior Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for both fresh graduates and marketing personnel to work with a growing organisation! This position will report directly to the marketing department and assist in all aspects as a marketing executive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage campaigns – developing and executing e-campaigns, ensure adherence to timeline, conduct analysis on pre and post campaign results. 
  • Manage market research to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Formulate and execute marketing strategies to optimize sales and business.
  • Manage strong and prompt communication with clients on their enquiries. 
  • Identify and secure media partners for local and regional conference/seminars.

The successful candidate will need to possess:

Producer / Senior Conference Producer

We are looking for highly talented and self-motivated individuals who possess genuine interest and strong acumen in regional and global developments of businesses and technology. You will be responsible for structuring the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior management from a cross section of companies. Drafting the conference agenda, brochure copy-writing, interviewing senior executives, inviting and confirming conference speakers and attending the event.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct in-depth research (at least 75% of which should be on the telecommunications)
  • Drafting of conference/program agenda, brochure copy-writing, interviewing senior executives, inviting and confirming conference speakers and attending the events. 
  • De-brief on conference/program agenda to both sales and marketing team. 
  • You will also need to identify and secure respected high-level trainers/speakers and negotiate commercial terms of engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma or Degree in any discipline. 
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and add on graphic software is an advantage. 
  • Must be organized, detailed and driven about work

Event Operations Manager / Executive

We are looking for potential Event Operations Executive / Manager that is able to plan, organize and execute conferences and workshops programs globally. Successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and review administrative or operational aspects of an event. Assist in procurement function, operations and logistics management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in pre-event preparations & managing events within Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa venues. 
    • Researching, booking, setting up and managing event venues 
    • Co-ordinate the delivery of course materials and etc
    • Proper and accurate administration/paperwork to ensure an effective and efficient event delivery
  • Ensure feedbacks are well received from all trainers and clients.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must process at least ‘N’ Level
  • Creative and resourceful 
  • Excellence in communication skills; both oral and written. Able to speak in English and Chinese/Malay will be an advantage. 
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills 
  • Able to multi-task in a challenging environment 
  • Able to travel overseas with a valid passport
